From the North - follow either the New England Highway or the Pacific highway in towards Newcastle. These roads meet and become Maitland Road and will lead into Newcastle. Turn right at Sandgate Road (there will be a cemetery on the right) and follow through for approximately 4 km's. Betchoice Gardens will be on the right hand side.

From the South - take the Link Road exit off the F3 and follow it through to Newcastle Rd towards Newcastle. Turn left at Douglas St (roundabout) and follow through to the end (T-intersection) which is Sandgate Road. Turn right and Unibet Gardens is 200m on the left.
