Wentworth Park Raceday Sponsorship "Take ownership of an entire Wentworth Park meeting in 2005 and showcase your brand, products and services in the week leading up to the meeting and on raceday.

Our Management team will ensure your day is a fruitful one that delivers mass reinforcement of your brand.

Inclusions:

Your company logo or brand will be prominently displayed in all advertising on radio and in key community and industry print media in the week leading up to the race night.

Live announcements throughout the night with acknowledgement of your raceday Sponsorship throughout all scheduled races on the night.

Guaranteed promotional access and rights to showcase and sample your brand throughout the entire complex to all corporate functions and General Admission patrons.

Fully catered invitation for 20 persons to attend our exclusive corporate hospitality area during the race meeting. Includes 3-course meal and all beverages and "special acknowledgement" and presentation from our Chairman.

Media package comprising:

1. race names on the night of your race meeting. Listed in all mainstream media.
2. A further 25 race names over the following 12 months.
3. Race book advertising.
4. Greyhound Recorder advertising plus acknowledgement on the NCA website.
5. Associated Media Coverage -

Through Sky Channel, patrons in over 6,000 pubs and clubs along with 4,000 TAB’s will view all races on the programme live.

The sponsor is shown and announced for each race, as well as the signage. Sky Channel has an average audience of 750,000 viewers per night.

The sponsor is announced on 2KY Racing Radio and affiliate stations broadcasting to 120 cities and towns throughout NSW and to capital cities throughout Australia. This is further supplemented by the on-course broadcaster who highlights the sponsors name for brand reinforcement.

The editorial and form guides in various racing publications and newspapers eg. Sydney Morning Herald, Illawarra Mercury, Daily Telegraph, The Greyhound Recorder, Defax Formguides, NCA, GRA & DeFax websites etc. all bear the sponsors name.

Live television coverage on SKY Racing beaming into homes via Foxtel and Optus.

Investment: $6,000 plus GST

Signage

With the exposure Wentworth Park generates on a week-to-week basis via Sky Channel there is a great opportunity to reinforce your brand to a wide viewing audience by erecting signage at Wentworth Park.

All prices include production costs and are a 12-month contract.

Group Race/Main event Sponsorships

For companies with a brand they are trying to reinforce through the greater community sponsorship of a Group-racing event at Wentworth Park is the way to go. These sponsorship deals are negotiated solely around what the sponsor wants to benefit out of the deal. The arrangement is mainly surrounded around saturation advertising, ample on track signage and first class hospitality.

Advertising

1. Your business name will receive extensive exposure on SKY Channel, 2KY Racing Radio and affiliated stations throughout Australia. SKY Channel is broadcast in over 6,000 hotels and clubs throughout Australia with a massive audience per day/night. 2KY Racing Radio broadcasts to 120 cities and towns throughout NSW and to all capital cities throughout Australia.

2. Your business name will also feature heavily in promotions on Radio 2HD as well as featuring in various print media including the official race book, Greyhound Recorder, Newcastle Herald, deFax formguides, The Daily Telegraph and TAB and PubTAB outlet information sheets.

3. In addition, several greyhound racing websites including the NSW National Coursing Association's official website (www.nswnca.com.au), Greyhound Racing NSW (www.grnsw.com.au), Greyhound Racing Authority (www.gra.gov.au) and Defax Formguides (www.defax.com) promote the meeting.

Hospitality
Lunch or dinner, complimentary drinks and race books will be provided for four representatives of your business in the Edens Restaurant overlooking the track.

Trophy Presentation
A trophy presentation will take place with representatives from your business in attendance. Included is a large laminated photo of your presentation to the winning connections.

Cross-promotions
Your business will be given the right to stage any promotion on the day that may benefit your company.

Temporary Signage & Other Benefits
Your business will be given the opportunity to erect temporary signage trackside on the day of your race meeting as well as receiving twelve complimentary admission passes to be distributed to your valued clients.

Full Meeting Sponsorship - $4,400 (incl GST)

Naming rights:

Your business will receive the naming rights to all ten races on the meeting program. It is possible to off sell some of the race names to recoup some of the sponsorship value.

Advertising
Advertising as per single race sponsorship package above, however, your business will be allocated ten half-page (16cm x 13cm) advertisements in the race book to promote your business. Also, your business would feature prominently on the front page of the official race book.

Hospitality
Unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks and a variety of finger food will be provided for twenty representatives of your company in our Function Room overlooking the track.

Trophy Presentation
A trophy presentation will take place after the running of each race with representatives from your business in attendance. Included is a large laminated photo of each presentation to the winning connections.

Cross-promotions
Your company will be given the right to stage any promotion on the day that may benefit your business.

Website Advertising
Should you take up this offer, you also have the option of taking up a small advertisement on our official website that can include your business logo, contact names and numbers etc.

Temporary Signage & Other Benefits
Your business will be given the opportunity to erect temporary signage trackside on the day of your race meeting as well as receiving fifty (50) complimentary admission passes to be distributed to your valued clients.

Feature Race Sponsorship - from $1,100

Various feature race packages are available with 1st prize money ranging from $1,000 to $15,000.

Naming rights:
Your business will receive the naming rights to the heats and final of the feature event, which would be conducted over two race meetings.

Advertising
Advertising as per single race sponsorship package above, however, your business would receive extensive exposure through extra promotion of your sponsored feature event.
Also, your business will be allocated an entire page (25cm x 16cm) in the race book to promote your business. As sponsor of the meetings feature event, your business would feature prominently on the front page of the official race book as well.

Hospitality
Lunch or dinner, complimentary drinks and race books will be provided for certain number of representatives from your business in the Edens Restaurant overlooking the track. Exact numbers depend on the size of your commitment. Alternatively, you may choose to upgrade to a private corporate box, which caters for up to eighty people and boasts eagle eye views of the entire complex.

Trophy Presentation
A trophy presentation will take place with representatives from your business in attendance. Included is a large laminated photo of your presentation to the winning connections.

Cross-promotions
Your company will be given the right to stage any promotion on the day that may benefit your business.

Website Advertising

Optional Extra Naming Rights
The option exists to purchase naming rights to a certain number of races
throughout the year, for example you may choose to advertise weekly or monthly, it’s entirely your choice and we can tailor a package to suit your specific needs or requests.

Trackside Advertising Signage

The Gardens has a reputation for excellent exposure on both a local and national level at an affordable price. Advertising is vital to the success of every business and the NSW NCA realize the importance of this marketing tool. Listed below are the advertising options available at the complex for a 12-month period. Throughout the year, 88 race meetings will be conducted along with several sporting events that include rugby union, soccer and rugby league fixtures. All race meetings held at The Gardens are shown on SKY Channel with several feature meetings on PAY TV.

1. Supersite Signs
The Gardens has four ‘super sites’ for advertising signage. Each super site is located at the front of the complex along Sandgate Road, in full view of passing traffic.

2. Outer Perimeter
Large billboards located along the back straight, clearly visible track side and on SKY Channel

3. Starting Boxes

(a) 515m – Situated above 515m starting boxes clearly visible to all on-course patrons and over 600,000 SKY Channel viewers. The most sought after position on track, where over 50% of our races start.

4. Winning Post
As the name suggests, located next to the winning post and one of the most sought after positions at the track

5. Semaphore Board
Two positions are available on the semaphore board, which displays the placing’s and race time recorded by the winner of every event. Immediately after the completion of the race, SKY Channel cameras zoom in on the Semaphore Board giving your business great exposure.

6. Grandstand Signs
located at the back of the main grandstand, which is clearly visible upon entering the complex.

7. Home Straight Billboards
As the name suggests, located along the home straight and clearly visible trackside and on SKY Channel.

8. The Catching Pen Gate
Located on the Catching Pen gate, this position gains great exposure as the greyhounds head into the Catching Pen at the conclusion of every event.

Please note: Signage positions can be purchased for an entire 12-month period, which includes 138 race meetings or alternatively, for a certain number of meetings only. For example, you could take up a signage option for 22, 44 or 66 race meetings per year.

Also, each signage option can be tailored to include a certain number of race names per year if you so desire as to reinforce your brand name.

Corporate Facilities

Recognised as one of the leading greyhound facilities in the world The Gardens has been an instant success consistently hosting large crowds in its first class facilities. The Gardens is the perfect place to host any function whether it be a corporate work function, a birthday party or a day out with family and friends.

 Function Room 

Our function room is the perfect way to entertain your valued family and friends. It is situated at the back of the main grandstand boasting eagle eye views of the entire complex. Enjoy the privacy of this premium enclosed function room with TV monitors, reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable seating and your own private bar.

Your Function Package

This premium facility will comfortably fit 80 people and is available to you for only $60.50 per person (price GST and this function requires a minimum of 20 people).

Pricing includes admission tickets, (usually $7.00), unlimited Tooheys variety beer, wine, champagne, soft drink and finger food including assorted petite pies, mini quiche, BBQ meatballs, spring rolls, fish cocktails, chicken nuggets, sausage rolls and prawn batters, a bar person, totaliser, tote lady and race books for our top class race meeting.

This package also includes the ability to name races after your function (eg. Happy 21st Clare stake) which will be televised on Sky Channel, broadcast on Radio 2HD, 2KY and various print outlets throughout Australia.

Terms and Conditions             

·                Deposit of 10% required on all function packages one month prior to race meeting.

·                Full payment and final numbers attending the function is required the week prior to your function to ensure correct catering.

·                Bar in the function room will not open until 15 minutes before the first race and will close straight after the last race on the day.

·                The Gardens Greyhound and Sporting Complex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of being intoxicated or under the age of 18 years.

·                The Gardens Greyhound and Sporting Complex is a licensed area and no alcohol is to be brought onto the premises.

·                Functions requiring use of the room prior to the meeting to set up need approval by management.

            Most decorations will be permitted in the function room but will also require prior approval.
